Blender
First I made 3D animation clips with Blender.

I imported the 3D animations on AE. I masked the shapes and used a mosaic effect.

I wrote scripts to randomize letters and made several comps. And I match the letter size with the mosaic block size of the 3d animation.

Used extract Black and white on 3D animation footage then used track matte with the letter composition. Repeat, change, repeat, change… Work on detail until it looks good
